To make a booking with IBn Rental, you must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Additionally, you must have a valid passport or national ID and a credit or debit card in your name.
Reservations for vehicles can be made through our website, via email, or by phone. You must provide all required documentation before a booking is confirmed.
IBn Rental reserves the right to choose who is eligible for booking. We may decline a booking request for any reason, including but not limited to:
Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the rental, including the vehicle type, rental period, and total cost. Your booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the rental payment.
The rental period begins at the time of vehicle pickup and ends at the agreed return time and location. The vehicle must be returned on or before the scheduled return date and time. If the vehicle is returned late, additional charges will apply.
You may request an extension to the rental period, subject to vehicle availability. Extension requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled return time.
Rental rates are subject to change based on availability, duration, and type of vehicle. The final rental price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of rental. The deposit will be returned upon safe and timely return of the vehicle, provided there are no damages or breaches of the rental agreement.
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, cash, or Momo (Mobile Money). Full payment is due at the time of booking or upon vehicle pickup.
Insurance is included in the rental price, but additional coverage options are available at an extra cost. Detailed information about the coverage, deductibles, and exclusions will be provided upon request.
Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle. Additional drivers may be added for a fee. All drivers must present a valid driver’s license at the time of pickup.
Vehicles rented from IBn Rental are for personal use only. The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, races, or to transport hazardous materials.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Upon pickup, you agree to inspect the vehicle and report any existing damage or issues immediately. Failure to report damages may result in you being held responsible for those damages upon return.
Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location by the specified return time. If you fail to return the vehicle on time, additional charges will apply.
Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when they were rented. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, you will be charged for refueling at an additional cost.
The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was rented. Any damage, excess dirt, or other issues will be charged to you. Cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle is excessively dirty upon return.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the rental start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notification, your reservation may be canceled, and you may be charged a no-show fee.
You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. If the vehicle is damaged, you will be liable for repair costs. If you purchased insurance, your liability may be limited, depending on the coverage.
In the event of theft or loss of the vehicle, you must immediately report the incident to IBn Rental and the local authorities. You may be liable for the full value of the vehicle if the insurance policy does not cover the incident.
In case of an accident, you must report it to IBn Rental and the relevant local authorities. A police report may be required, and failure to report an accident may result in the forfeiture of any insurance coverage.
By using IBn Rental services, you agree to indemnify and hold IBn Rental harmless from any liability, claims, or expenses arising from the use of the vehicle, including accidents, damage, or third-party claims.
IBn Rental will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the rented vehicle. Our liability is limited to the rental charges paid by the customer.
By booking a rental with IBn Rental, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for booking and customer service purposes. We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
IBn Rental is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, or pandemics.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which IBn Rental operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
IBn Rental reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
