Rental Conditions
Policies and agreement
To rent a car, we require a valid Driver's License and a Ghana Card for identification purposes. These documents help ensure a smooth and secure rental process.
At Ibn Rental, we provide basic insurance coverage with all rentals to ensure your peace of mind. However, if the vehicle is damaged during your rental period, you will be responsible for the repair costs. We strongly recommend reviewing the terms of your coverage to understand the details and consider additional protection options for added security.
At IBn Rental, we offer convenient payment options for your rental. You can choose to pay via Mobile Money (Momo) or cash at the time of pickup. We strive to make the payment process simple and hassle-free for you.
For out-of-town rentals outside Accra, some cars may come with a chauffeur depending on the location. We will decide whether a chauffeur will be provided based on the rental details.
Smoking and pets are allowed in the car, as long as no damage is caused to the vehicle. Please ensure the car is returned in the same condition.
The minimum age to rent a car is 18 years old.
